PALIN: I think it should, and I think that states should be able to decide that issue.

Remind me how you get a Constitutional Amendment? Oh yea, 2/3ds of Senate, House, and States.... If the States take the issue, you know you can get it as a Constitutional amendment once 2/3rds of the States get it, in the mean time, you are reducing abortion State by State.. all a matter of strategy. It is dishonest, and bearing false witness to accuse someone of being pro-abortion because you don't agree with the strategy.

That’s not a “strategy,” any more than Stephen A. Douglas’ position in the 1850’s was a “strategy.” It is immoral and unconstitutional.

He’s obviously too stupid to know that allowing the states to decide is code for throwing out Roe vs. Wade.
