She could leave it vacant until they offer up a nominee who comports with their sworn oaths to defend innocent human persons. There is no proof whether or in what form Christen is "pro-choice". The (possibly false) conclusion is drawn from her belonging to a group that was NOT involved with abortions, that 10 years later became a PP branch.
