Which other unalienable rights do you want to do this with?
Free speech? The right to peaceably assemble? Religious expression? The right to petition government for redress of greivances? The right to keep and bear arms? Trial by jury? Private property? What??
Don’t try and be disingenuous with what I’m saying.
The Bill of Rights and the Constitutional Amendments are protected from infringement by both federal and state governments. Anything not bound to the federal government is left to the people.
But people do not SEE abortion in that manner. They do not TREAT abortion as robbing someone of an unalienable right to life.
Until we have a shift in that perspective, we’re screwed as a nation. Overturning Roe v. Wade and returning abortion as an issue to the states is our best bet at the moment to changing minds and SAVING LIVES.
