I was downtown last week for the NYC Tea Party, and I saw several different blocks (on Church, Park Place and on Broadway near John) that had been entirely leveled for new construction.
How are they going to build if they can’t fill the space with tenants?
The city and state is taxing business into oblivion, and they’ll reap what they sow.
