Conservatives to GOP: Get conservative leadership NOW.
Conservatives to Conservatives: Create a new party ASAP if above doesn't happen in the next few weeks.

You better go look at his record and the things he has said in the past.
I'm tired of looking up that worthless puke’s quotes for uninformed people.
YOU can run and fetch!

"Is it Rush's or Obama's or any other politician with the 50% + 1 plurality?
I would say that it's a lot harder to attain and keep Rush's audience than to get a simple majority of voters.
I haven't heard anybody say that Rush isn't talented at what he does. He is obviously very sucessful in the eyes of his employer; I'm sure he hits his contract measurements out-of-the-park. While you or I have no way to know what his measurements really are, I doubt winning elections is one of them.

"....he meant no offense when he referred to the popular conservative radio host as an entertainer whose show can be incendiary. Was Steel speaking English or Obamadamalingo?
It sure sounded like a demeaning and offensive statement to me....
In dueling days -- Steel would have been called into the street...

TO LATE MR. STEELE.
Step down. You are and henceforth will be ineffectual.

Screw that. We’re in a war. If you don’t realize that then you are part of the problem.
Steele must step down, today, now.
We cannot afford to have an ineffectual leader for a nanosecond.

What exactly did Rush say that was so offensive? Does anyone have a precise quote?
To: indthkr
I haven't heard anybody say that Rush isn't talented at what he does.
Perhaps not, but the way you've been carrying on, you sound just like Michale Steele and the democrats in trying to diminish his accomplishment and importance as a leader in conservatism.
He is obviously very sucessful in the eyes of his employer;
There you go again.
Who the heck do you think his employers are?
Sure enough, his huge salary or contract is paid through the radio stations that "employ" him, but are those radio stations his true employers? Guess again. In case you didn't know, or in case you refused to acknowledge the fact, his true employers are the people that tune in every day to hear him. If the people decided to stop listening to him, his paychecks would diminish in size or would disappear altogether.
I'm sure he hits his contract measurements out-of-the-park.
He's been meeting those measurements for over 20 years and better than anybody ever has in the history of radio. His influence on radio and on politics have been great for "right wing" radio. And his political influence alone has put fear into the hearts of democrats. Why do you think that Obama and the democrats are trying so hard to demonize him and to shut him up?
While you or I have no way to know what his measurements really are, I doubt winning elections is one of them.
Speak for yourself.
His influence in politics and on elections has been immeasurable and I'm pretty sure many elections have been influenced and decided by his support. But, you and the democrats continue trying to diminish him and it won't work. Who are you working for, Rahm Emmanuel?

Frankly, Steele has been very under-whelming. We need a conservative version of Paul Begala who isn’t afraid to call people out.

I was called by the RINO-N-C, told them what I thought of them, and hung up on them. Rush is worth 100 Micahel Steeles, and this stinking party does not have the proper respect of gratitude..

Apparently, Rush really went to bat for Steele when he was running for office. Steele completely stabbed him in the back. This is not something you do to people that support you - especially someone like Rush. I think Rush took it personally which is something he usually doesn't do. I don't blame him.

Received a RNC mailer for a donation on Monday.
I returned the pre-paid envelope with a note stating:
“Michael Steel can go to hell for ripping on Rush Limbaugh.”
Of course I didn’t include a contribution.
Doubt my little protest will do any good though.

So who are you, Rush Limbaugh's agent?
Is that what you think about the people who listen to Rush and who are willing to defend him and what he stands for. I'm pretty sure that there are some 30 million plus out here who don't need to be Rush's agent in order to appreciate what he does. It's quite apparent that you don't understand at all what Rush means and what conservatism is about.

What Steele NEEDS to do is state that what the 2 “bros” said about the GOP convention looking like a Nazi convention is racist and that the democrats are full of the most anti jewish anti israel folks in the United States.
He also needs to start attacking obambi for his baby killing attitude.
So lets go brotherman Steele. Get on the offense.
