Maybe, but Obama would have to switch it with the one they have on file in Hawaii which needs conspirators to break in or do an inside job. Hawaii may also have backup certified copies of all birth certificates and other supporting documenting evidence in another location, which would have to be taken into consideration.

I agree. Obama is not a natural born citizen since he inherited British/Kenyan citizenship at birth.

Remember when he was there at Christmas and odd everyone thought it was that the power went out and was out all night long? What a coincidence. The fix was done then, but it’s still problematic. It’s hard to forge something like that. The paper can be dated.
