Well, what this says is that he was born and that there is a birth certificate and that it has been seen by Dr. Fukino.
It is just a birth certificate stating where he was born, to whom and showing some foot print or other unique ID. If there is nothing to hide then why not produce it to the SCOTUS or some other bi-partisan group?
This stinks, keep up the pressure.

Actually it says that he has seen and verifies that there is a certificate on record. It does not say that they have seen what it says—just that it is there somewhere. There is a big difference.
