The last i heard, it was sealed by the governor of Hawaii at The Kenyan’s request, which i find to be a very curious and suspicious occurrence.
I suppose the sealed document is not the same forged document that The Fraud posted previously on his web site.
In a simple car accident lawsuit, the defendant might be asked to produce his driver’s license for inspection, to corroborate his assertion that he had no restrictions on his license (corrective lenses is the obvious one).
A response by his attorney that it was posted on his website a few months ago would evoke a not so sympathetic response from the court.
