Well, what do you write in the officers record? Unable to trick, deal, psych out a 15 year old girl?

I'm assuming it won't really matter since it will be on his police record from here on out. My neighbor was talking about this a bit ago (he's a cop) and said that it's the sort of behavior that makes cops targets.
