I told my husband this morning that class warfare works as a political tool, but it will work, especially well, to bring in 0’s socialistic goals.

The average uninformed Joe sees huge sums of money going to bailout Wall Street, automakers, etc., and then they hear about large salaries of Wall Street traders, and big benefit packages for auto workers, etc.

Their natural inclination is to say, “Where’s my payoff” and with that, 0 promises healthcare, college tuition, etc...ushering in socialism.

The political and economic climate is ripe for it, unfortunately. Hopefully, “America” will come to it’s senses and realize the government can give nothing without taking it first. But 0 says he’s taking it from the rich people, so they think it’s okay, and believe that’s where it will stop.

The amazing thing for me is that just a short time ago John Edwards was roundly ridiculed for preaching class warfare. Now it’s standard fare. It boggles the mind.

The problem that Zero is going to have is that even if he taxed the “rich” at 100% he still won’t have enough revenue to pay for his grand socialist schemes. That being the case, it won’t be long before he’ll be reaching into the pockets of the middle class and that’s when it will hit the fan.

As an aside, ask the average misinformed person if they’re for doing something about “global warming” and they’ll probably agree. Tell them that cap and trade is going to easily double their electric bill and see the response!

No matter how many times it’s gets said, there is no such thing as a free lunch. Someone is going to pay for it.
