You think the Chron should make movies?? “Pulled from the headlines films?”

Marvel (or was it DC?) took out a billion dollar loan to make films. They bet the company on those films! They were Spiderman, X-Men and Fantastic Four.

I think they won their bet. They had mortgaged the whole company and if they had flopped it’d been history

Two out of three is a whole lot better than you'll do in Vegas. Of course, then they parlayed that into two more X-Men films, two more Spiderman films, Ironman, and the much-awaited Watchmen.

Wasn't that because Stan Lee was rolled for all he was worth by Hillary Clinton? Wasn't that what the whole Peter Paul thing was about?
