I noticed that, too. It’s also a bit jarring to hear that cadence/accent from someone that looks like that. It’s like when I see black guy in the UK talk with a british accent...takes a bit to get used to.

But it’s all good. I thought it was a fine speech. There’s really only so much you can do in a 10 minute or so response. It’s not exactly a huge platform.

Kinda what I was thinking. Wish it weren't true, but alas it is. I realize the "Jindal fever" round these here parts, but I am afraid we need to reconsider. Maybe get a group of strong potential candidates together. As much as I like the guy and appreciate what he has done, I wouldn't pin my entire future on him.

Just my two cents.
