Dont forget the mentality of the obamabots he is trying to reach. He has to speak slowly and with inflection to make sure they understand. Conservative values are tough to explain to an entitlement mentality.

His delivery needs work and the audio isn’t his fault but I would hardly call it a terrible speech.
