Just before the top of the last hour, Rush started mentioning something about $1 welfare checks going to about 250,000 people in Washington state...the aduio faded off when he said something about them being on $1. Can somebody please share as to what the reason was? Thks.

The state needed to spend another quarter million on some program in order to qualify for tens of millions more from the Fed for that same program.
