The time is night for someone(s) to do something. Certain milestones are about to be reached: The Dow hitting 7000 (probably tomorrow), then 6000, (couple of weeks?) then 5000 (let's say a month or so after that?).

Also Tax Day on April 15th.

LS suggested a "Drive your beater car to Washington and then leave it there" protest. I actually think thing something like this would be helpful.

Something like this needs to happen on April 15th or some other significant day.

A peaceable solution to this communist Kenyan coup has got to be found, although I daresay I wouldn't mind seeing Soros have an accident. (Not that he has anything to do with the communist Kenyan coup, mind you.)

Question: The Supreme Court has all the goods, of course, as have the CIA and FBI (IMO). Will they sit on them while the economy crashes to "whatever", and the Chinese get into position to buy us out a dime on the dollar, or will they all of a sudden decide that one of the cases pending is worth hearing and ruling that -1 was ineligible in the first place?

THEN what happens?

Wannabe King

You got that right, Jim.

Every weekday morning, when the stock markets are open, at about 10 am EST, Obama opens his mouth and causes a sell off. His policies are dismally wrongheaded and his message doesn't inspire 'hope'.....but it sure creates 'change' in a downward spiral.

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

That time is soon upon us. I have never shunned my duty!

It scares me to think we may get desperate enough to try to enforce these principles. It scares me even more that this pack of politicos in DC now seems to be willing to ferment enough social unrest to justify declaring martial law, suspending elections, disarming the population, and rewriting the Constitution to suit their vision of government.

An example of a possible preparation for this follows.

The U.S. military expects to have 20,000 uniformed troops inside the United States by 2011 trained to help state and local officials respond to a nuclear terrorist attack or other domestic catastrophe, according to Pentagon officials.

Thank you for posting this.

I’ve never read the whole thing before and it is absolutely stunning!

Thank you Jim.

And thank you for the whole site and all the incredible work and sacrifice that you’ve made for all of us.

Very interesting that you should post this up... I’ve been reading it, and rereading it lately... and even started a little writing-project based on it (& the Constitution).

We live in a era of financial serfdom. No one’s property, nor life time of work, the days of which never come back at any price, can be thought of as safe or secure.

Through the monopoly control by the Federal Reserve, and the small, few thousand incestuous true believers in central, monopoly, by force paper money we are just all wondering around in a big, free air, open financial prison.

Thanks for posting, Jim. I have always felt that every citizen should be required to read this magnificent document on at least a yearly basis to remind them of what they should be grateful for.

I live in a township that was named after one of the signers. It is a daily reminder for me.

My great uncle would talk to my Dad from time to time about the threat to America — how enemies of the U.S. would one day plant a rogue operative in the White House. He didn’t speak this as opinion, but as a solid fact for which he was on alert.

To this day, based on comments here and there, Dad swears that my great uncle was part of a secret group that monitored the government in defense of the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic.

He was a veteran, a lifelong bachelor who loved his country more than anything. He literally lived out of a garage that he converted into a home, and lived a minimalist lifestyle. He was a gruff and tough man, but sadly, died when I was only three.

I can only imagine what he would think if he were still around to witness this.
