We've seen this number "10-12 million illegal aliens" kicked around AT LEAST since the Clinton administration. Maybe even during the Bush 1 administration. That estimate just CANNOT stay static for this long.

In Vegas, I bet the over-under for illegals still here is probably about 30 million.
