There was an essay I read before she went on her hiatus around late 1999. The essay contained the “when will I know its time for armed ressistance” guidance.
And with all due respect to the posters that (acurately) brokedown the 1/3 for, 1/3 against, and 1/3 ambivalent support of the American Revolution, the initial outbreak took place in an area where support was much higher. It took a long time before there was sufficient support in the South to sustain a revolution there.
If it comes down to it, the perpetual victim class, dependent on the government to steal from produceers to provide their subsistence, will definately be against ressisting the government. That group is mostly confined to the large cities, but in rural areas, the far west, and the south, support for armed resistance will be much higher...
