“President Barack Obama will not adopt a plan to tax motorists based on how many miles they drive. Press Secretary Robert Gibbs commented about Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood’s proposal to tax people by how many miles they drive instead of raising the federal gasoline tax. Friday, Gibbs says the tax will not be the policy of the Obama administration.”

He doesn’t have to, there are 3 states already picking up on suggestion and studying the concept as a state tax...

And since when do we believe the Obama Admin on anything, as in Campaign he promised New Coal Technology, and drilling Offshore which he said he favored...backtracking after elected saying he was siding with enviromentalists..his comments were to get votes, and never any intention of drilling or developing coal technology.

Look when it comes to Gibbs and Obama “if their mouth is moving they’re lying”
