Respectfully, can you provide links. There is nothing I find that says that Crist is not accepting the money; and nothing that seems to substantiate that 6-8 governors are not taking it. Maybe I missed it. Thanks.

it was on Wolf Biltzer at the top of the 5:00 PM hour with a big map, they were taking all of these different reports about the governors backing out and putting them together.
