Isn’t it included in the “stimulus’ bill that the state legislature can override the Governor?

I don’t think this is a good idea. The media will convince the people of those states that they are being cheated. Afterall, the taxpayers of those states are still going to have to pay for this mess.

Don’t worry about PR....these Govs will take the money.

Unfortunately, because they worry about PR more than us, they are more afraid of the MSM than us.

...but don't' assume that state legislatures will accept it either...

in a lot of states the legislators are more conservative than the governor (here in Kansas for example)

Yep. Good ‘ole Clyburn slipped that fine print in since Sanford didn’t want to take it.
