How many times during Bush's presidency did we hear arm-chair psychologists "shrinking" Bush on national television? He was diagnosed and labeled everything from a dry-drunk to suffering a Oedipal complex to being dyslexic to suffering from drug addiction.
Now, Obama is a guy who has written TWO books. On what subject? Himself. Before the age of 44, he had written TWO AUTOBIOGRAPHIES. How large much a person's ego be to compel him to write two books about himself? If there's ever an example of someone suffering from a Messianic complex, it's Barack Obama (by the way, people sure weren't afraid to throw that charge around against Bush).
I think Obama has abandonment issues, severe narcissistic tendencies and perhaps even some hints of anti-social behavior. And, given his penchant for cocaine and cigarettes and even his Blackberry, he clearly has an addictive personality.
In short, Barack Obama is a therapist's dream come true.
