Indirectly, yes. There was a story swelling about Specter having accepted funding attached to certain political positions. The money flowered through one of the arms of the Republican Main Street Partnership. Limbaugh allowed Specter deny, live on the air, having any association with that particular "arm." It came off as "not any part of that group," which is correct only in a hypertechnical sense. Limbaugh never clarified the shell game.
