ANd his first bill should be the Santelli Amendment: Homeowners who’ve paid all their mortgage payments on time, who have less than 80% loan to equity (or have no mortgage) will receive a tax credit EQUAL TO the largest government payout to and on behalf of delinquent mortgage holders.
After all, those are likely the same people who are paying all the taxes.
