In OKC, we lovingly refer to the local pd as nnmf's. No neck mother f*&%^#@s. Their neck measuremnt is larger than their IQ.

I am surprised they actually stopped the guy. If there isn't a high speed chase or a gun fight it's hard to get them out of the car......red
