Attorney General Eric Holder described the United States Wednesday as a nation of cowards on matters of race, saying most Americans avoid discussing unresolved racial issues. In a speech to Justice Department employees marking Black History Month, Holder said the workplace is largely integrated but Americans still self-segregate on the weekends and in their private lives.
"Though this nation has proudly thought of itself as an ethnic melting pot, in things racial we have always been and continue to be, in too many ways, essentially a nation of cowards," said Holder, nation's first black attorney general.
Race issues continue to be a topic of political discussion, Holder said, but "we, as average Americans, simply do not talk enough with each other about race."
He urged people of all races to use Black History Month as a chance for frank talk about racial matters.

Check out any group associating for a purpose like baseball, football, rc airplanes, etc. You’ll see multiple races represented.

Why did our president spend 20 years in a racist church?
Many of our fellow Americans elected an unabashed Marxist as President of the United States just because he was black.
Maybe that will soothe their conscience and this will be our last token President.
In particular, let us explore the continued and forcible use of racial preferences in order to stigmatize and penalize people with light-colored skin for the unearned benefit of those with darker-colored skin. He wants talk? Here are some comments. White America and the Republican party paid a debt in lives and money from 1860 to 1865 to secure the union and abolish slavery. The GOP was established as the party of abolition. Your scumbag racist and traitorous party instigated the civil war, fought tooth and nail to split the union and trash the constitution and maintain slavery. After the war the GOP enforced voting rights in the south and elected the first black government officials and opened schools all over for blacks. A republican president sent in federal troops to put down the terrorist arm of the democrat party, Mr. Holder’s party, sent in federal troops to allow blacks to enter educational institutions in the south and were the voting block that ensured that the civil rights act would pass in spite of the actions of the majority of the democrat party. You, Mr. Holder can piss off. Blacks in this country squandered the opportunities that still exist for them starting in the 1960s when they bought into the lazy and indolent welfare lifestyle brought in by the old slave masters the democrat party. Talk about race? I don’t give a rat’s ass about race under normal circumstances; work hard, live and take responsibility for your own life and problems like the rest of us and I don’t care about pigmentation. When you run your mouth and pimp the race problems that you are a part of in the democrat party it only makes me want to fight your party of traitors even harder. You'll see your utopian vision when the black crime rate is no higher than the white crime rate. There is nothing "cowardly" about protecting one's family from violent crime.
Oh, and as for your complaint about self-segregation, how's about using your office to do something about the illegal self segregation going on in Congress. I refer to the Congressional Black Caucus, which refuses to admit white members despite the large numbers of blacks they represent. The CBC meets on taxpayer property, on taxpayer time, at taxpayer expense.
Put your money where your mouth is, dude, and put a stop to that.
