otoh, if you routinely dress like Roy Rogers or Dale Evans, you were once from St Paul & live 6 months a year in an Airstream.

further, there is a radio station there that has "The Hometown News" from Minneapolis/St Paul AND a local community college teaches a course called: Learning to Sound Texan.
