I thought this was nothing new. Besides, IIRC, an amendment would have to be ratified by 2/3rds of the states before it could take effect. I think the last attempt was the Equal Rights Amendment and it didn’t fly too well.

The real reason for the Second Amendment is becoming more and more apparent everyday.
I do not think you can get 2/3rds of the states to agree on anything.

There is no way that Zero can get 38 states in just under 8 years, there are still enough solidly red states.
Plus deep down the ‘Rats would be terrified of the prospect of a “young Reagan” (Sarah Palin or Bobby Jindal) getting in one day.
The only reason this doesn’t terrify me is because it will never pass. However, it shows the tyranny we are up against.
It would be a short life.
If he acheives that goal I predict he will suffer the same fate as many dictators throughout history.
And that's about as non-violent as I can post here.
