FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. A 42-year-old man bitten by a snake in a Pembroke Pines Wal-Mart garden center is suing the company for negligence.
Jay Richitelli says he is the third Floridian in three years to be attacked in a Wal-Mart by a pygmy rattler.

I am not so sure that pygmy rattlers do avoid people. I killed one around 3 years ago in my garage. Only around 15 inches long but big enough to make you real sick.
If this is the same guy as a while back the snake had been dead a while before it bit him.

Well, Cletus.D.Yokel replied to a comment about “don’t pet the snakes” by asking about “spanking the monkey.”
The sign contains three different euphemisms (including spanking the monkey) for, well, you know (nudge nudge, wink wink), which apparently was frowned upon in the showers.
