Perhaps it has nothing to do with fact that Hollywood has been producing nothing but political pornography since around 2001. Their audience has found other sources for entertainment by default.

Also, the choices for best picture went into the gutter long ago and do not appeal to what the public considers a great film. They are still cramming their ideology down our throats and dictating the outcome. Films like “Brokeback Mountain”, “Siriana” etc,, just don't fit the blockbuster category anymore.

But I can honestly say, PLEASE Hollywood, don't change a thing.

I have an advance “winners” list. The names of the movies are irrelevant since they are all agenda pushing hackneyed generics anyway.

1. Any movie with a pompous, self congratulating homosexual theme that was seen by more than 12 people. (OK, well at least 10)

2. Any movie with a pompous, self congratulating anti-American/Bush/Christian theme that was seen by at least 12 people.

3. Any movie that casts the American government as evil or casts terrorists as victims, or both that was actually funded to completion. (Box office is not important since it is propaganda primarily intended for foreign despots to disseminate by force)

Oh yeah, I can’t wait to watch this predictable, redundant, steaming pile of horsesh*t.
