I don’t think Casey plans to read it at all.
I wouldn’t be surprised if every morning he gets a fax from the DNC with instructions on where to go and how to vote.
(The first such fax on his opening day as Senator: “Walk toward the big building with the dome. Find the seat inside the senate chambers with your name on the desk. Sit down.”)
