I don’t know if it’s true, but if he’s planning on retiring, he won’t care. Want to ponder something really scary? I read recently that Specter has a "life long" ambition to become a Supreme Court Justice. I wonder if that is what Obamalamadingdong offered him for support of his spending boondoggle? There will almost certainly be two vacancies on the SCOTUS, and maybe three in the next four years.....
