As a long time Republican, as well as a Republican County Officeholder, I would like to state, that I long ago ceased making contributions to the NRSC for the very reasons that you fund Senators like Specter, Snowe and Collins!
These Senators sell Republicans down the drain every time there is a divide between Republicans and Democrats - they side with the Democrats.
That being the case, if Senators such as Specter lost campaign dollars for preferring to team up with the Democrats and a Democrat President, your group might regain some of my respect.
Unless and until Specter, Snowe and Collins are punished and refused campaign dollars as well as public support, Republicans like myself (and I know that there are countless) do not believe that you are a worthwhile group to support.

Just called the “magic” number and told them that if the RNSC continued to give campaign funds to Snow, Collins and Specter I would no longer make any contributions to the RNSC.
The lameo who answered the phone told me she would pass my information on to Cronyn and the Committee.

I didn’t need to call them; they called me asking for money. I told them absolutely no and told them to thank Snowe, Collins, and Specter.
This kind of thing just makes one think “there’s nobody back there” doesn’t it?
It is the NRSC not the acronym that you gave it. Too many people on this don’t understand that the RNC does not control the Senate or House candidate funds except to help out.
RNC — Republican National Committee — over the State GOP parties (Michael Steele)
NRSC — National Republican Senatorial Committee — major fundraiser for Senate campaigns (Sen John Cornyn)
NRCC — National Republican Congressional Committee — major fundraiser for Representative campaigns (Cong Pete Sessions)
FYI — Senator Cornyn is head of the NRSC and truthfully if I received a call at his office for the RNSC I would ask who they wanted as there is no RNSC.
That is ridiculous as Collins was just elected for six years, and Snowe is not up for reelection until 2012. We have all but three Senators standing together and you are going to tell them to jump because of three.
Only one up for reelection is Specter and chances of him getting help from Sen Cornyn is slim to none to start with.
How can you donate to an organization when you don’t even have the right name? Sorry but I am getting a little tired of all of these sky is falling I am not donating comments when they don’t even know the name of the organization.
I sent 2 emails to McConnell.
I got Reid and Specter mixed up... didn’t realize it until I hit the Submit button.... I mentioned Specter sending America down the river for a high speed rail between LA and Las Vegas...
Then I sent another correcting my error and poking fun at how absurdly easy it is to mix up Specter and Reid on the basis of behavior.
I didn’t tell them to jump.
I have repeatedly stated that the RNSC (who calls and sends mail all the time) is responsible for helping fund Senate races.
I simply told them to lose my number if they are going to support Specter in 2010 with money.
That’s what everyone should say since the other two aren’t up for re-election for several more years.

Thank you for the clairification and correction. At one point I was afraid I was getting “National Republican” and “Republican National” mixed up, but was in a hurry thanks to dusty Harry’s vote schedule.
They are a bunch of F ing liars.
I’ve called all three of the GOP groups and Cornyn and McConnell.
Bottom line, they aint doing slit to the 3Amigos, Senate niceties can’t be broken.
Just like the Dems know how ignorant their base is, the GOP knows only a certain small percentage of us realize that they have the power to strip the Amigos of their Committee positions.
