That doesn’t give much of a description of any plan. I’m beginning to wonder what the heck our government is waiting for. I think the military could do a lot of good in Mexico. Maybe when units come home from Iraq they can go south and take care of business. But I’m sure obama will want to talk to the druglords first.
I would think they are waiting for the Mexican government to give them the go ahead. So far they have resisted having our law enforcement and military operating on their soil. They are a sovereign nation. We're probably not going to conduct any operations there unless they ask us to do it.
