i know those old constitutional rules are just annoyances and easy to subvert - but as best i recall, the executive branch cannot write bills - and any bill that raises revenue must originate in the house

i also think its funny that 9/11 was bush's fault because it ‘happened on his watch’ - even though we know the planning was done mostly under clinton
but barry last night said he inherited this bad economy - no barry - this is happening on your watch - as of the day you screwed up the oath of office, the fault is on you
