re: DNC looking for hard luck stories again

I told the RNC last time they did it, to go look for people who worked themselves up from welfare, went to school, used to be drug dealers, security guards, started with EMS/EMT and accomplished their goal of firefighter, went to Police academy, graduated from Wharton or any college and made it to Wall Street working their way through with only their single mom working hard, etc. Even if they go to sports guys (who didn’t drug), who came from nothing, started businesses instead of depending on athletics for life, go to the inner cities and ‘really’ help in the communities (and didn’t forget after the photo-op like dems), show them talking to kids about their story, what they learned from their parents, missing a father, having less and wanting their parents and siblings to have more; Have those big brothers and sisters that put their lives on hold to work and study with siblings who made it, then made it themselves. Show successful conservative, republicans... and get this... democrats, with the message of personal responsibility, not wanting a hand out. Make sure they flashback to those projects with the guys hanging out, or kids in jail for jacking cars/selling drugs while they tell their stories.

Lastly, state we’re Americans we can do anything.

Of course, it’s great to have many from other countries that were at war and had nothing (like a lot of past immigrants), telling why they love this country and what they’ve accomplished. They should let us know how their country compares re: our constitution, tyranny, regimes, freedom, etc.. Show how many different people from the globe come to OUR universities, whether they stay or especially if they take it back to help their homelands.

You can show doctors and others, who always dreamed of helping other countries and starting schools/training there to make them better. Engineers who travel around the world to build wells, schools, drill, infrastructure. Medicines and technology and the exports we send out.

Put in some of those on the Fortune 500 list, stories of computer tech biggies who started not with dad’s getting them a job or money, but from the paper route, saving, tinkering, inventing, marketing, growing, helping others.

There are so many untold stories, especially with the gloom and doom press. Citizens have to believe again and know it’s not them, it’s a game being played.

So the focus doesn’t have to be party specific, but make it known, we are telling them THEY can do anything... not to wait for a handout, they’re valuable, special and have gifts not yet unlocked.
