Turns out that, on the very same tape, she says that he was born in Hawaii.
The affidavits answer that issue. Have you read them?
Remember this from Fight The Smears?: As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.s children. Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4, 1982.
But just because Obama has openly admitted he was a dual citizen of the UK/Kenya from 1961 to 1982, nearly half of his life, I'm sure that has absolutely no bearing on his loyalties...

The affidavits answer that issue. Have you read them? Yup. I've also listened to the full tape, which demonstrates the affidavits to be a complete and total joke.
And yes, Obama was a dual citizen at birth, but that does not affect his eligibility.

My sister was born in Denmark but our parents are US citizens. My sister had dual citizenship until she turned 18, at which time her Danish citizenship was extinguished. Except for her birth and shortly thereafter, she has never been to Denmark, doesn’t speak Danish, has no interest in Denmark, and has no desire to go there on vacation, and has no loyalties to Denmark. She is a US citizen, period.

The affidavits answer that issue. Have you read them?I especially like the part where Ken Shuhubia signs his name to his affidavit, and Ron McRae tells us that "Ken Shuhubia" isn't the other guy's real name. So basically you're citing a fraudulent affidavit since we have no idea who it's from.
