The first person or company prosecuted under any law Obama signs will have standing to demand Obama’s BC. It will happen. May take six months but it will happen and any case will be litigated the same way and they will all go to SCOTUS if he does not deliver. And if SCOTUS tries to punt then they will have ZERO credibility like O.

It's sad to see so many people put their hopes in an illusion, only to see them dashed time and again.
Obama is president. He was born in Hawaii. He is eligible. The only way to get rid of him is to defeat him in 2012. That's the reality, whether you choose to believe it or not. I suggest you stop putting your faith in fantasies and contribute to the effort of electing a conservative in 2012.
