Happy New Year and a bad ruler would die.

The islamic new year has passed already, and we are in Ramandan. Hard to associate Ramandan with the islamic new year - perhaps timing was disrupted.

Are you sure it’s passed? The calendar that I was looking at states that islamic new year is 12/18/2009.
