Thanks AAC. Great to see Utah also flexing their Constitutional muscle. This type of reaction by the sovereign states to the abuses of the feral government is long overdue. Like I said on another thread, our individual states should have been our first line of defense against a runaway federal leviathan. What's taken them so long???

I'm of the opinion the states' protestations will have a much larger impact on the dolts in DC than we conservatives, even in large groups could ever have. Without taking up arms anyway. Which is another arrow in the states' quiver should they choose to implement it -- state militias. Will it come to that? Will we be ready if it does?

George, do you have something akin to a 10th amendment or states rights ping list? I'm not aware of one and Army Air Corps suggested one a couple days ago. If there is enough interest I think it would be a good idea and would keep Freepers engaged and hopefully involved in these type developments. I am all but convinced states' efforts in reclaiming their sovereignty may be our last chance to rein in the feral beast. AND if there is not already a ping list in place, I would be willing and (mostly) able to perfom that function.
