It just so happened that Indonesia and Utah happened to have the only two major deposits of some kind of ultra-clean burning coal.

IIRC, there is one other as clean--in Kosovo. Dog wagging took that out of play nicely.

I seem to have missed an angle. It seems the Elmwood Carthage lead/zinc prospect would have been worth even more with Stari Trg off line, too...
