When it comes back from the conference it is too late to filibuster. It is an up or down vote. At that point, her "no" vote makes zero difference. Now is the time it makes a difference.

The Democrats have the majority in both houses and I think they need just a simple majority to pass it after it comes out of conference?

60 votes in the Senate makes it filibuster proof. That's the aim.

No. Biden said that paying high taxes is patriotic. By that standard, it looks like there aren't many patriotic liberals, not even the rich ones.

After the past eight plus years (actually nine years if you include the 2000 campaign year) of hate, bile, vitriol and vicious attacks against GWB....the lefties have one helluva huge freakin nerve bitching about the dissent that we’ve voiced against Big “O” in his first 2-3 weeks. Especially since he has come out hitting and punching as only a die-hard Marxist (commie) could.

Of course, those of us that knew all along what Obama really was were expecting this “new face of Obama” to be exposed. Maybe just not this fast.

Bottom line is....the hypocrisy of the vapid/rabid left never ends. So when they bitch, moan and whine about attacks from the right....ignore them. It always works for me.

I only wish I was younger because I tell you, this is going to get physical and I will not be able to join in. I would be organizing right now if I was in my 30s or 40s, or hell, even in my 50s, I hope others are because it is coming to that!
