Betsy McCaughey, former Lt. Gov of NY, was just on with Megan & Bill saying that the health plan was in Puff's book (p. 196) where he advises a future president to slip the legislation into a spending bill where nobody will discuss it. Well, as Bill said—this is going from a grass fire to a forest fire!
