How does he arrive at the 30% figure? He takes the three-letter word "JOBS", multiplies it by the remaining fingers on his two hands, divides it by the number of plugs in his head, factors in the number of Home Depot's he's visited, subtracts the $1,200 suits in his closet, checks the temperature in Paris...and gives up and pulls 30% out of his butt.
