Let us know what you find...Medical records are required to be kept for 25 years.
No medical records are available prior to 1983.There is no record of Stanley Ann Dunham in 1961 because there are no records of anyone in 1961.

I know how to get their address and phone number. I was asking who you spoke to who told you this so I can contact that person and confirm that they had said that they have no record of his birth.
