It does get suspicious minds working, doesn’t it? And it is amazing that they cite the drive-bys as authority for anything on this forum. The MSM is a negative reference group as far as I’m concerned.
That is exactly why I tend to think that their arguments sometimes stem from an inappropriate application of Occam's Razor. A "big lie" can be simple. Poor wording in a court case regarding NBC is a "factoid" of law, whether it makes sense or not. Reluctance to consider options that are not part of the selection placed before them.
Unlikely to think "outside of the box". Also kind of "square" and too often humorless. Jump into an argument just to take a jab.
I think of them as "boxers", and avoid the t-word.
