Good lord. Its grassroots Woodstock.
The annual CPAC convention of conservatives is expected to be a sellout because two huge names are coming to deliver red-meat speeches: Rush Limbaugh and Sarah Palin. Weve got the whole list for you below. Limbaugh will play clean-up, speaking last on Saturday February, and organizers expect him to expand on fight with Obamacans over his recent comment: I want him to fail.
The schedule at the link says only that theyve been invited, not that theyve confirmed, but the fact that each has been given a specific time slot Palin speaks in the showcase 4:30 slot on Thursday, the first day presumably means theyre booked. Interestingly, the 4:30 slot on Friday goes to Ron Paul, proof positive that the GOPs impressed with the ardor of the rEVOLution and eager to bring them and their money back into the fold.

Thought it said that the whole list (of speakers) was below and I didn't see it. Anybody have the list?
Do we get to ask Ron Paul about all of the Paulites (Paulies, Paulistinians, etc) clogging up FR?
Do we get to waste his time while we blather on to us, the same way that his followers wasted precious life-seconds blathering on about gold standards, 9-11 Truth, and how we needed to surrender in Iraq?
Click on grass woodstock at hotair. I didn’t see Palin or Limbaughs name as invited or otherwise.

Michelle Rhee has been invited also. She may as well go for the gusto and show up, it’s not like she has any friends to keep in the teacher’s unions.
I hope Sarah flaunts her brains a little bit—you know, the Hayek and the Mises and the Burke and the Hamilton and the Madison. She is a well-read, bright woman. We all know she’s not a hillbilly OR a snob. She needs to let the Movement see the intellectual side just a tad more.
That would certainly be interesting. We all know that she has wit and sarcasm in spades. Let’s polish another facet on this gem.
Palins wit and humor are underrated. The Obama media maniacs so far suppressed her natural abilities under the rug. Not any more. After the CPAC meetings, people will see a more polished, rejuvenated and more importantly Reaganesque Palin. As people learn more and more about the recent bailout bill, they lose more and more confidence on the Obama administration. Conservatism is not dead yet. It is thriving.
