How long until the morons in this country realize that they voted to bring back the Cold War?

Either "this country" you're referring to is Russia, and the voting was that of the State Duma in 1999, or you simply haven't been paying any attention to Russian-American relations for the past decade.

I have been paying attention for far longer than a decade and I know what you're saying about developments in Russia and in US-Russian relations (look earlier than 1999 for that lovely history, specifically with Albright and Clinton, PFP/NATO, Yugoslavia)... Sure, the election isn't the sole cause for a renewed Cold War, but surely you don't disagree with my sentiment that Obama's election was a giant green light for the world's worst?
