The ROP is a cult. Only a cult would produce people who strive to come up with new methods of evil.
Actually, it's a political system. The cult part of it is just one facet.
Just as Atheism was/is the official religion of Communism, the pseudo-religious cult aspect of Islam helps keep the muzzie sheeple in line.
The "If you try to renounce Islam, we will kill you" thing, is a really clever device too.
