Do you really think a jury would convict a record breaking, beloved Olympian for someone else saying he smoked some pot?

Well, I’m sure you might could get someone out there to round up 12 people, but seriously, this would get the legalize marijuana groups going into fits. What would be gained by that?

I doubt many fear the marijuana-legalization crowd. I mean, if the U.S. House of Representatives were to vote on ending the federal government’s involvement in marijuana crime completely; I’d be shocked if the pro-marijuana side could muster even 100 votes of the 218 needed.

A misdemeanor drug charge does not call for a jury. That is why this sheriff is so over the limit in order to get his stupid face on the news..........
