Out of that Wikipedia source:

Guinier was described as 'anti-Constitutional' and 'a quota queen' by various media outlets, citing her views on proportional representation in local elections.[3] In addition, Democratic Senators such as David Pryor of Arkansas and Ted Kennedy of Massachusetts informed President Clinton that her interviews with Senators were going poorly and urged him to withdraw the nomination.[4]

"Anti-constitutional"......Yep, the perfect Obambi candidate.

Holy smokes if Teddy Kennedy didn't like her....yeesh!

The first reference to Guinier on this thread was certainly a joke. However, Bambi needs to nominate a person of the right gender and color for HHS Sec to guarantee they sail through confirmation. Someone with previous government health care experience.

Anyone know what Jocelyn Elders is up to these days? I'm sure she would be willing to lend a hand.
